About Me
And if you’re a multipassionate coach, healer, or wellness practitioner who sometimes feels unsure how all your gifts are supposed to fit together in one business… I get it.

For a long time, I felt pulled in many directions myself.
I was passionate about helping people, curious about different approaches, constantly learning and exploring — but when it came to building a business, I kept wondering:

How do I put all of this together?
What’s my niche if I care about so many things?
Am I supposed to choose just one path and leave the rest behind?

The more I tried to force myself into a neat little box, the more misaligned it felt.

Like many multipassionate people, I had many interests, experiences, and ideas, but no clear way to communicate how they all connected. My message felt scattered, my niche felt uncertain, and my confidence wavered because I didn’t feel like I had a clear professional identity.

And when your identity in your work feels unclear, everything becomes harder — explaining what you do, defining your offers, and trusting that people will understand the value of your work.

Over time, I realised something important: the problem wasn’t having too many passions.

The problem was that no one had shown me how to integrate them into a clear, aligned business.

Once I began connecting the dots between my story, my values, my interests, and my skills, everything started to shift. My work became clearer. My voice became stronger. And my business began to reflect who I actually was, rather than who I thought I needed to be.

That journey is what led me to create the Integrated Visibility Approach — a heart-led framework designed to help multipassionate women bring all their gifts, ideas, and passions together into a cohesive expression of themselves. This isn’t about forcing yourself into one lane—it’s about creating a life, project, or creative expression that truly reflects who you are.

Being multipassionate isn’t a weakness. It’s your superpower.
When you learn how to integrate your gifts, your energy, and your passions, it becomes your greatest strength. You stop feeling scattered, second-guessing yourself, or apologizing for being multi-faceted.

The moment your story, energy, and passions align, showing up fully stops feeling overwhelming or confusing. Instead, it feels clear, confident, and authentically you—whether that shows up in a project, a personal expression, a creative endeavor, or the way you move through life.

My Background
Alongside my coaching work, I’ve also supported young people navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt—helping them move through the fear, overthinking, and scattered energy that can make everyday life feel heavy and confusing.

That experience gave me a deep understanding of how our inner world shapes the way we show up—including how we make decisions, express ourselves, and step into opportunities. I saw firsthand how compassionate, structured support can help someone move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain to feeling grounded, confident, and empowered in their own energy.

I bring that same thoughtful, heart-led approach to the multipassionate women I work with today. I support them in clarifying their identity, integrating their many gifts and passions, and building the confidence to show up fully and authentically—whether in their creative work, personal projects, or the way they express themselves in life.

I’m also currently training as a counsellor and hypnotherapist, deepening my understanding of how the mind, nervous system, and emotions influence our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. This allows me to blend mindset, energy, and therapeutic practices into a coaching experience that supports real internal shifts, not just surface-level progress.
Why This Work Matters to Me
This work isn’t just professional — it’s deeply personal.

For a long time, I struggled with how to define myself in my own life and work. I knew I wanted to support people, and I was endlessly curious about different ways of helping, healing, and creating transformation.

But whenever I tried to make sense of my many ideas and passions, I ran into the same questions:

-
How do I bring all of my interests and gifts together without feeling scattered?
-
Can I really honor every part of myself without leaving something behind?
-
How do I show up fully without shrinking or hiding parts of who I am?

Every time I tried to answer these questions, my mind went blank. I felt stuck between wanting to express my passions and not knowing how to shape them into something cohesive. That tension left me overwhelmed, uncertain, and hesitant to show up fully.

Over time, I realized the challenge wasn’t having too many interests or ideas. The real challenge was learning how to integrate them in a way that made sense for me and the people I wanted to support.
Step by step, I began to connect the dots between my experiences, my energy, and the ways I was naturally drawn to support others. I learned to:

-
Clarify my identity as a multipassionate woman, understanding how my gifts and passions naturally fit together
-
Integrate my passions instead of forcing myself into one path or hiding parts of myself
-
Trust my instincts and voice, honoring the way I naturally show up for others
-
Create a life and expression that felt aligned, grounded, and fully me

It didn’t happen overnight. It was a journey of reflection, experimentation, and learning to trust myself and my energy more deeply. But the clarity that emerged transformed everything.

Now, when I guide other multipassionate women, healers, and creative souls, I see the same transformation happen: confusion turns into clarity, hesitation turns into confidence, and their passions start to flow together naturally.

That’s why I do this work
.
Because when you understand who you are, how your gifts connect, and how to express them fully, showing up stops feeling confusing or forced—and starts feeling aligned, authentic, and completely your own.
